1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Hello Mobile app or accessing our website (www.hellocall.pk), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid CNIC
  • You must own a valid mobile number on Jazz, Zong, Ufone, or Telenor

3. How Hello Mobile Works

  • You earn money by receiving incoming VoIP calls from GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
  • Calls must be routed through Hello's platform to qualify for rewards
  • You must grant all necessary app permissions for tracking and earnings calculation

4. Earning & Payment

  • Users earn Rs.2-5 per minute, depending on network and time
  • Earnings are updated in real time to your in-app wallet
  • Withdrawals are allowed to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank accounts
  • No withdrawal fee for transactions above Rs.500

5. Referral Program

  • Earn Rs.100 per successful referral
  • Get 10% of your referral's first-month earnings
  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards for fraudulent or suspicious referrals

6. User Obligations

  • You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes
  • You shall not manipulate or fake calls to generate earnings
  • You are responsible for securing your device and app access credentials

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Violate PTA/SBP regulations
  • Abuse referral or reward systems
  • Misuse the platform in any way

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and features are the property of Hello Mobile. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed rewards due to network or device issues
  • Loss of earnings due to incomplete user information or withdrawal errors
  • Third-party app behavior (e.g., payment platforms)

10. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Pakistani jurisdiction.
